We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for managing our day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy of our financial records, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and independent professional with a strong understanding of accounting principles and a passion for maintaining precise financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable & Receivable : Manage all aspects of AP and AR, including processing vendor invoices, generating customer invoices, and overseeing collections.
• Reconciliations : Perform regular bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
• Month-End Close : Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing journal entries, accruals, and financial statements.
• Financial Reporting : Assist in the preparation of key financial reports, such as the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statement.
• Payroll Support : Assist with the processing of payroll, ensuring all data is accurate and compliant with relevant regulations.
• Data Management : Maintain the integrity of financial data within our accounting software and other systems.
