Sales & Patient Intake Specialist (Phone / Remote, Austin + CST Hours)

Overview

Concierge Orthopedics is a fast-growing cash-pay physical therapy practice focused on one-on-one care and excellent patient outcomes. We use paid ads and centralized calling to bring high-intent patients to our providers — now we need a strong phone closer to convert interest into booked visits.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and return inbound leads (phone + voicemail + scheduled follow-ups).
• Qualify callers, educate them about concierge cash-pay PT, and book appointments with our providers.
• Explain pricing, superbills, scheduling options, and next steps clearly and confidently.
• Use our script and CRM to log call notes, questions, and appointment outcomes.
• Hit weekly booking targets; suggest messaging improvements to increase conversions.

Concierge Orthopedics handles operations for physical therapists seeking to treat cash-pay services. We are a subscription-based company that offers easy patient payment, home exercise program subscription, fillable pdf documentation, mentoring, social media support, 1099’s for taxes, and professional liability insurance. Our providers sign a licensing agreement and work under the Concierge Orthopedics business license. Providers can work in any state in the United States and see as many, or few, patients that they want. We do not provide patients, but work with you to generate referrals. We allow physical therapists to return to what they love, treating patients.
