Main Purpose / Objectives of the Job
- Nurture and develop relationships with your allocated customer base
- Developing the financial shape of your allocated customer base
- Sourcing and growing new customers in the specified area
- Establishing and supporting our client’s brand presence within outlets
- Activation of required promotions and the execution of marketing activities as needed
Supporting operational efficiencies
Providing continuous feedback loops to enable business innovation and improvements.
The role requires solid sales experience, a valid drivers license, computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite), industry and product sales knowledge, commercial business acumen and strong negotiation skills. The Business Development Manager is required to display and use skills such as self-motivation, a drive for results, excellent peer relationships, customer centricity, positive mindset & problem-solving, agility, and collaborative communication.
Education and Experience
