- Are you someone who can :
- Manage costs / expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies.
- Assist with diary management, meetings preparation and document handling.
- Provide efficient and effective administration support to ensure accuracy of all administrative processes for the department's operational, compliance and regulatory activities.
- Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including other frontline stakeholders, senior staff members and related persons.
- Liaison with external regulatory bodies including Master of the High Court and SARS.
- Resolve all customer queries efficiently, and within agreed timelines.
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate services.
- Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements.
- Provide timeous and accurate reporting information.
- Manage own development to increase own competencies.
- You will be an ideal candidate if you :
- 3 or more years’ experience in fiduciary, financial advisory / planning, estate planning or similar related sector.
- Good understanding of trusts, Wills and estate planning.
- Related post-secondary school qualifications (RE, CFP, related courses, diplomas, degrees).
