Junior Microsoft Billing & Support Coordinator

Job descriptionStrong computer literacy , including proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively. Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent. Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information. Ability to work independently and take initiative in a support role. Exposure to Microsoft billing / licensing or working with Microsoft CSP, Volume Licensing, or Partner Centre. Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce). Experience handling vendor communication or shared mailboxes. Administrative support experience in an IT or tech-related environment. Accurate data entry into internal systems and spreadsheets. Manage shared mailboxes and handle incoming / outgoing correspondence Schedule appointments, meetings, and internal events. Assist in event promotion via email marketing and social media. Triage and escalate support requests. Prepare and process sales quotations. Act as a key contact point between teams. Respond to client / vendor queries via phone and email. Coordinate with vendors for licensing, support, or warranty issues. Escalate unresolved technical issues when required. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents. Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems. Manage internal databases with up-to-date information. Create weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports. Assist with invoice processing and expense reporting. Help coordinate project logistics and timelines. Track resources and communicate updates to stakeholders. Support team collaboration and task tracking.
Requirements :
- Relevant certificate or diploma in Business Administration , Office Management , or similar.
1+ years of administrative experience , ideally in a support, billing, or coordination role.
