Senior Group Finance Manager - Botswana

Leading group is seeking a Senior Group Finance Manager to join our executive team in Gaborone, Botswana. This senior role requires a fully qualified CA with a minimum of 15 years of experience in finance, specifically with Group experience. The ACCA qualification will not be considered. Ideal candidates will have expertise in the Botswana market and a background in diverse sectors such as tourism, hospitality, manufacturing, logistics, financial services, retail and property.

Key responsibilities include :

• Driving Strategic finance initiatives and risk management
• Advisor to leadership
• Board and Committee meetings
• Leading key projects, including acquisitions, capex, and system upgrades
• Overseeing group wide finance functions including banking, funding and tax.

Stakeholder management skills are essential. We strongly prefer candidates based in Botswana and / or those with significant Botswana business experience.
