We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, formal modeling, and a commitment to delivering long-term, sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Client Data technology team to understand and enhance data sets, adding value to ongoing projects.
• Take ownership of the Client Data Product, ensuring data is accurately modeled and easily consumable.
• Develop a deep understanding of various business areas and use analytics-based insights to suggest ways to reduce costs and increase revenue.
• Manage stakeholder expectations by maintaining clear and consistent communication.
• Follow the team's change control process for deploying and updating outputs in production.
• Document all processes and outputs thoroughly.
• Monitor and investigate any failed reports, applying appropriate fixes to ensure successful runs.
• Track the usage of created outputs, engaging with stakeholders to address any that are underutilized.
• Regularly interact with stakeholders to ensure outputs meet their intended purpose.
• Migrate existing analytics processes to Power BI and / or Synapse Analytics where possible.
