GROUP TEAM LEADER responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the department .
This role involves leading a team setting goals assigning tasks and ensuring that the groups objectives align with the overall goals of the organization.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to :
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Itineraries reservations
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Requirements and skills
Minimum 5 years experience in dealing with clients (quotes / proposals / customer relations)Experience in providing solutions based on operational needsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levelsExcellent organizational skillsAbility in problem-solving and negotiationExcellent computer skills MS WORD MS EXCEL OUTLOOKExperience in other computer software a plus (tourplan wetu etc.)Fluent in English and have excellent written and verbal communication skillsFrench speaker if possible but not essentialKey Skills
