Introduction

CORE PURPOSE : To facilitate all administrative tasks / duties for the WIL Department within the School of Education.
Core Functions
General Administration which includes :
- Perform general duties related to administration in the Work Integrated Learning department
- Collate and file minutes of meetings and follow up
- Organise and assist in hosting regional events and related resources
- Attend and facilitate training sessions on administration procedures
- Collate and report on stakeholder and student queries
- Provide ongoing administration support to various stakeholders
- Assist with sourcing and interview process of mentor assessors
- Provide ongoing support to schools and students
- Review all regional WIL schedules and school visits for May and August
- Build rapport with and develop relations with all stakeholders including academics, students, school partners and other external stakeholders
