Program Delivery Specialist

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Program Delivery Specialist to coordinate and oversee the successful execution of logistics programs and projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in customs processes international trade compliance and end-to-end logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery and implementation of logistics programs ensuring timelines, quality standards and client requirements are met.
• Oversee customs documentation, declarations and compliance with import / export regulations.
• Liaise with internal teams, freight forwarders and customs authorities to ensure smooth cargo movement.
• Track, monitor and report on program milestones, performance and delivery outcomes.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate program documentation and ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards.
• Support issue resolution related to customs clearance, shipment delays and delivery discrepancies.
