Information Technology Operations Manager

Role : IT Operational Manager
Location : Johannesburg, South Africa
Job type : Contract
Required skills :
- Lead the transformation of IT operations, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices preferably from Telecom or Fintech, Banking
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure seamless IT operations.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of IT operations transformation and automation
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in IT Service Operations and / or Support functions
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology covering Fintech, Financial Services, insurance, banking, mobile money
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in scaling up organizations and driving the change.
