This role is for a dynamic and experienced Head of IT Operations who will lead and evolve IT operational strategy. The ideal candidate must be passionate about infrastructure, performance, security, and service delivery

Requirements :

5+ years

Experience writing code in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS

Experience using Microsoft SQL to update and retrieve data

Experience leading IT Operations teams using ITIL and Cobit

In-depth knowledge of running ITSM delivery

Financial industry background and understanding

Microsoft licensing understanding (OS / SQL)

Enterprise Architecture

Understanding of AWS and Azure services and environments

In-depth knowledge of information and cyber security management

Vendor management and negotiation

Firewall and network technology

VEEAM management

3 PAR storage environments

Qualification :

• University Degree Years of experience
