Red Ember Recruitment on behalf of our client, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels. The successful candidate will collaborate with Sales and Management to define campaign strategies, develop messaging and content, and manage delivery across multiple platforms.
This is a hands‑on role that requires strong digital marketing expertise, experience marketing restricted product categories, and the ability to manage subcontractors while ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Plan, execute, and optimise Shooting Stuff’s social media presence and image, building on existing foundations.
- Plan, execute, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns (digital + traditional).
- Manage campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Build and optimise compliant campaigns.
- Navigate restrictions on firearms and regulated categories.
- Track and report performance metrics.
- Deliver campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, email newsletters, WhatsApp groups, and expand into new channels.
- Grow company profile traditional marketing presence, including billboards, pamphlets, expos, and events.
- Collaborate with Sales and Management to define objectives, messages, and campaign schedules.
- Work closely with the webmaster (Magento 2) to align campaigns with website content and promotions.
- Manage subcontractors (graphic design, video, photography, agencies).
- Analyse performance using Google Analytics 4, Metricool, and Klaviyo.
- Integrate platforms and data (e.g., Klaviyo ↔ Meta Ads, synchronising databases, consolidating cross‑platform metrics).
Requirements
Degree / diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in e‑commerce or retail.Proven experience in firearms marketing or other restricted categories on Meta / Google.Strong Meta Ads and Google Ads expertise (campaign creation, optimisation, compliance).Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Metricool, and Klaviyo.Familiarity with Magento 2 (advantageous).Demonstrated data / platform integration skills (linking customer databases, synchronising metrics across systems).Excellent project management and organisational skills.Strong analytical ability with proven reporting skills.Ability to manage creative subcontractors effectively.Bonus : Firearms knowledge, reloading experience, and active participation in sport shooting.Bonus : Graphic design or photography capability.#J-18808-Ljbffr
