Your Role as a Marketing Specialist

We’re seeking a creative and motivated individual who knows how to make a splash online and connect with diverse audiences.

Your Skills and Experience :

As a Marketing Specialist, you will take the lead in creating engaging content, growing our social media channels, and making VOOR’s voice heard across digital platforms. Your goal? To skyrocket engagement, grow our following, and ensure our brand resonates with our diverse, international audience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Strong skills in designing creatives, from stunning visuals to engaging videos (experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar is a plus).
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft compelling copy for different platforms and audiences.
• Knowledge of best practices for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Experience in SEO and creating website / blog content that ranks and resonates.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other languages like German, Turkish, Spanish, or Croatian is a strong advantage.
• Passion for sports and an understanding of the needs of coaches and clubs.

Work Location

Work is possible on-site at one of our locations in Cape Town (South Africa) or Belgrade (Serbia) – or remotely .
