The Client Success Lead (CSL) is the ultimate owner of client financial performance and the orchestrator of all marketing execution within Urban Poetry.
This is a high-impact strategic role responsible for the profitable delivery of our FULL MARKETING TAKE OVER product across a portfolio of clients. The CSL must be a seasoned marketer capable of translating complex business goals into high-impact digital campaigns.
They lead a dedicated, in-house 6-person creative and production team to enforce our SOP-mandated delivery system, guaranteeing marketing consistency, speed, and maximum financial value for every client.
Core Role Responsibilities
Financial Accountability & Marketing Strategy Ownership
- Performance Ownership : You are accountable for the financial health and long-term retention of your client portfolio, ensuring every marketing campaign is executed to achieve quantifiable ROI.
- Financial Benchmarking : Define, track, and report on primary financial metrics for all clients, including Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
- Your strategy must directly impact these numbers.
- Performance Optimization : Lead a Weekly Deep Dive into paid media performance, making data-driven decisions on budget reallocation, audience segmentation, and A / B testing strategy.
- Growth Scaling : Proactively initiate the Growth Scaling Protocol, pitching marketing budget increases based only on proven, profitable campaign performance.
Operational Discipline & Marketing Delivery
Marketing Execution Leader : Act as the Chief Marketing Officer for your portfolio, directing the specialized 5-person Content Team (1x Camera Operator, 2x Editors, 2x Designers) in the creation of performance-driven content (Reels, long‑form, static ads and podcasts).
Process Enforcement : Enforce Urban Poetry's proprietary SOP framework, ensuring all marketing execution adheres to strict quality controls and legal compliance (e.g., licensed media).Time Guarantee : Ensure adherence to the company's 10-Working‑Day Time-to-Impact Guarantee from strategy sign‑off to first campaign deployment across all major marketing channels.Quality Assurance & Brand Compliance
Quality Assurance (QA) : Final sign‑off on all creative assets, ensuring strict adherence to client brand guidelines (CI Packs) and market best practices before any marketing collateral is launched.
SLA Compliance : Conduct regular audits to ensure all service delivery hours and content deployment schedules align with contractual SLAs.Candidate Profile (Non‑Negotiable Requirements)
Minimum 4+ years experience in a high‑volume Account Management or Digital Marketing Strategy role, with a strong emphasis on Performance Marketing.Demonstrated ability to build and lead a dedicated creative or production team to execute complex marketing campaigns.Expert‑level knowledge of performance marketing metrics (ROI, CPA, CLV) and the ability to articulate strategy using campaign data.High proficiency in paid media platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) and the ability to direct optimization efforts.Strong discipline for operating within strict procedural guidelines (SOP), valuing system compliance over improvisation.Familiarity with project management (ClickUp) and CRM systems (Privyr).Compensation & Growth
