- Candidate requirements;
- Must have Grade 12
- Preferably 1 - 2 years previous retail assistant experience
- Basic administration skills
- Proficiency in English

- Responsibilities;
- Maintain control of stocks in area of responsibility
- Greeting customers who enter the shop
- Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products theyare looking for
- Styling the clients according to their body type, etc.
- Being responsible for processing cash and card payments
- Stocking shelves with merchandise
- Reporting discrepancies and problems to the manager
- Balancing cash register with receipts
- Dealing with customer refunds
- Keeping the store tidy and neat
- Responsible for dealing with customers complaints
- Working within established guidelines, particularly with brands
- Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor;
- Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock.
