Job Title : Motor Claims Specialist

Job descriptionMaintain high installer satisfaction through training and support. Ensure 100% of installer interactions are accurately logged in CRM. Drive measurable product adoption across the Bredasdorp and Swellendam region. Submit weekly strategy and market insights reports. Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical sales or field support (experience in access automation or electronic security preferred). Strong technical knowledge and advanced problem‑solving ability. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. Self‑driven with strong territory management skills. Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle - petrol will be compensated. Matric or equivalent (Technical Diploma / N4 in Electrical / Electronic Engineering advantageous). Experience with access automation products is highly beneficial. Fully remote role with the flexibility to manage your schedule while covering the Bredasdorp and Swellendam regions. Hands‑on, impactful work with installers, driving tangible results in product adoption. Be part of a collaborative and innovative technical sales team.
Detail : Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with installers to promote and expand the full product and service offering.
- Drive upselling and cross‑selling opportunities through installer channels.
- Conduct site visits to support installations, troubleshoot technical issues, and escape complex matters where needed.
- Deliver in‑field training sessions and product awareness campaigns.
- Log all installer interactions in CRM and submit reports with actionable insights.
- Track local market trends and competitor activity to shape strategy.
