Sound understanding of financial management, stock control, and service standards. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. What Youll Do
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, seamless service at every level.
- Lead and motivate a passionate front-of-house team to deliver world-class yet unpretentious hospitality.
- Uphold the highest standards of guest care, presentation, and professionalism.
- Work closely with the kitchen and beverage teams to deliver a thoughtful, locally inspired dining experience.
- Manage financial performance, including budgets, stock control, and operational efficiency.
- Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and pride in the West Coasts unique hospitality style.
