RPO Recruitment is seeking an experienced and motivated SHEQ Coordinator to join our client's team in Centurion.
This position is with a leading company in the plastics manufacturing industry, where you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with safety, health, environment, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of SHEQ management systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess compliance with SHEQ regulations.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure adherence to health and safety procedures.
- Provide training and support on SHEQ policies and procedures to all employees.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, preparing reports and recommending corrective actions.
- Monitor and report on SHEQ key performance indicators.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure organizational compliance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a SHEQ role within the plastics or manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of SHEQ legislation and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.Benefits
