Role : Junior Sales Executive

Location : Cape Town or Johannesburg

Working pattern : Remote

Working hours : Wednesday - Sunday 10am - 6.30pm UK Time

Salary range : R16,000 - R25,000 per month depending on your level of experience + commission

Our client runs four thriving online platforms specialising in windows and doors, generating a constant stream of high-quality inbound leads every single day . That means no cold chasing or endless door knocking - your job is to take hot enquiries, build rapport, and close the deal .

What You’ll Be Doing

• Calling fresh inbound leads daily – people actively looking for windows and doors.
• Having consultative conversations, understanding customer needs , and closing sales .
• Booking surveys with the right surveyor and making sure the process runs smoothly.
• Placing accurate product orders with manufacturers once surveys are complete.
• Keeping on top of your call-backs and follow-ups – timing is everything.
• Making some outbound B2B calls during quieter periods to keep your pipeline strong.
• Staying motivated, sharp, and hungry – supported by regular Google Meet training.
