Food Sales Manager

Overview

Coordinate and manage all sales activities to achieve turnover budget by driving sales and performance through a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales and Achieve budgets
• Drive and execute promotions
• Manage markdowns and damages
• Ensure that the team structure is resourced by motivated and empowered staff and lead by sound performance management and transformational leadership practices.
