Location : Maitland, Cape Town (On-site, Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm)

Reports to : Head of Marketing

Salary : R40,000 – R45,000 CTC (Negotiable based on experience)

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and creative Senior Digital Content Designer to join our high-performance marketing team. If you’re passionate about digital storytelling, animation, and producing engaging content across platforms – this is your opportunity to shine.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, test the boundaries of product and content design, and help shape creative strategy across web, social, and video platforms.

Please note : This is an on-site role with no flexibility for remote or hybrid work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute digital creative and content strategy across multiple platforms
• Design and deliver engaging content for web, social media (especially YouTube and Instagram), and internal platforms
• Work closely with the Head of Marketing, Social Media Manager, and broader marketing team
• Use metrics and OKRs to guide continuous improvement and performance
• Take ownership of projects from concept through to execution and evaluation
• Create and edit content using tools like Paperflite, Mailchimp, Adobe Suite, and CMS platforms

Qualifications & Skills

o MS Office & Google Suite

o Google Analytics

o HTML & CMS tools (Paperflite a bonus)

o Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.)

o Email & survey platforms (Mailchimp, JISC, MS Forms)

o Social-first animation & video editing tools
