Job descriptionPrepare and refine architectural and MEP drawings using AutoCAD. Create, update, and maintain drafting templates and drawing details to ensure consistency and efficiency. Collaborate with the founder to deliver accurate and timely project drawings and provide insights for proposals. Support office administration, including invoicing, proposal management, and other secretarial tasks. Ensure all work complies with company standards, codes, and project requirements. Communicate effectively with team members in a timezone aligned with NYC (EST) to support seamless project coordination. Maintain organized file structures, version control, and timely turnaround. Review and check drawings for quality, consistency, and compliance with codes / specs. Some secretarial / office support : prepare proposals, manage invoicing, track project documents, coordinate with clients as needed. Proven 3 - 5 years experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman with strong knowledge of architectural and MEP drawings. Familiarity with drafting standards and template creation. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage basic administrative tasks (invoicing, proposals, etc.). English communication skills : fluency in written and spoken forms (internal comms). Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment across time zones. Experience in Revit, SketchUp, or other drafting / modeling tools Experience in cost estimation, coordination with consultants (MEP / structural) Experience in template / standardization work, creating CAD libraries Familiarity with US / international architectural standards & codes a plus Seniority level : Mid-Senior level Employment type : Full-time Job function : Design, Art / Creative, and Information Technology Industries : Staffing and Recruiting

Compensation
- LATAM : $1,300 - $1,900 / month
- South Africa : $1,600 - $2,300 / month
- Philippines : $1,100 - $1,700 / month
Industry : Architecture / Engineering
Schedule : Full-time, aligned with EST business hours
About The Role
We are seeking an experienced AutoCAD Draftsman with a strong background in architectural and MEP drawings to support our design and drafting projects. The ideal candidate will also assist with creating and polishing drawing templates and details, while providing light administrative support including invoicing and proposal management.
This is a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who can combine technical drafting expertise with organizational and administrative skills, contributing to both project delivery and smooth office operations.
