Project Manager : Engineer

Job descriptionRegistration with relevant accredited councils within the built environment and / or project management discipline is required. Civil Engineering Degree or equivalent qualification is required. Project and programme management qualifications added advantage. A minimum of 8 years of experience in the built environment is required. Excellent understanding and at least 5 years working experience in a PFMA / MFMA and public entities environment. A minimum of 3 years experience must be in a large scale and / or a low-cost housing construction environment or engineering services or infrastructure development (bulk pipelines, water, sanitation, roads & / or storm water). Demonstrate previous project management capabilities in managing various built environment service providers (PRT and / or consultants and / or contractors). Valid Drivers license is required. Computer literacy in AUTOCAD, MS Project, Civil Engineer and / or Microsoft is required. Willing to travel extensively.

Main Purpose :
To define, manage and monitor the implementation of Engineering, infrastructure, and project technical support as well as providing technical support to all projects implemented (including planning projects).
