Requirements
- A degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related
- Business Analysis certification
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Senior Business Analyst in an Agile environment
- Proven experience working within financial services (insurance) industry is an advantage
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks
- Proficient in Agile delivery and collaboration tools (e.g., backlog management, workflow tracking, documentation platforms)
- Solid understanding of systems integration, data flow design, and interface documentation
- Excellent skills in process mapping, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder engagement
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across cross-functional teams
Responsibilities (summary)
Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Testers to translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteriaFacilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectivesAnalyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automationSupport backlog prioritisation and alignment to strategic business outcomesEnsure requirements traceability and effective communication between business and technical teamsContribute to testing activities including UAT planning and validationProvide post-implementation support and ensure continuous improvement
