Sales Consultant (New Sales)

Salary : Market-related basic salary + Commission / Incentive Structure + Travel Allowance + Cell Phone and Laptop Allowance

Location : Pretoria East (Hybrid with client travel in Gauteng)

Working hours : Monday Friday, Full-time, 07 : 30 17 : 00

Own reliable vehicle, valid drivers license, and Wi-Fi at home

Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Consultant to focus on new business development. You will target schools, financial services, legal practices, pharmaceutical, and medical industriesprospecting, presenting IT solutions, negotiating, and closing deals.

Once contracts are signed, ongoing client management will transition to the Operations team, allowing you to focus on growth. This role is perfect for a motivated sales professional with a passion for technology and the ability to translate IT solutions into business value.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, or Marketing advantageous.
• 24 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT, telecoms, or technology services.
• Proven success in new business development and deal closure.
• Exposure to professional industries (education, finance, legal, healthcare) is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Basic technical knowledge of IT solutions (desktop support, networking, cloud, cybersecurity) would be an advantage
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical clients.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle.
• Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Professional and confident in engaging with executives and decision-makers.
• Ability to learn and understand IT concepts quickly.
• Resilient under pressure and target-driven.
