Red Ember Recruitment is recruiting for a Sales Consultant for our client in Pretoria. This role involves developing and managing a customer base, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to deliver high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage your own customer base.
- Focus on specific industry sectors to maximize opportunities.
- Conduct research to identify prospective customers and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain brand reputation and ethos of business
- Identifying potential new business opportunities within the market
- Enhance and uphold the quality of service
- Conduct regular site surveys for both existing and new clients.
- Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
- Organize and manage your schedule and time allocations efficiently.
- Promote and Emphasize the significance of quality, value, and environmentally friendly products.
- Achieve the revenue targets established by the Head of Sales.
- Establish and sustain ongoing relationships with both new and current clients.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by consistently conducting follow-ups through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Address customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner.
- Conduct customer training on products as required.
- Ensure precise documentation of all sales activities utilizing Mobiworks, activity reports and proposal reports
- Deliver comprehensive reports on sales trends, customer growth, and significant issues.
- Ensure the completion of all sales-related administrative tasks in an efficient manner.
- Collaborate with the sales administration and finance departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements :
Proven sales experience with at least 3 years in the field.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Strong organizational and record keeping skills.Proven capability to work independently and effectively manage a sales pipeline.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc).Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events.Goal-oriented with a strong drive for achieving targets.Valid driver’s license.Own a reliable vehicle.Must have the ability to read and write in English.Requirements
