This global business is on the lookout for dynamic individuals to fill various roles in their Cape Town office. While expertise in Web3 technologies isn't mandatory, a keen interest and a hunger to learn are essential. Job Scope :

• Serve as a project manager for DAO & foundation clients, overseeing various operational aspects.
• Assist clients in managing day-to-day operations, administration, and integral functions.
• Handle outsourced accounting tasks, including transaction management and bookkeeping.
• Prepare quarterly management accounts and basic financial statements for clients.
• Compile transparency reports, conduct KYC and due diligence checks on grant proposals, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Review governance proposals, monitor compliance with bylaws and legal requirements, and provide summary reporting on proposals and on-chain activities.
