Role Overview

The Recruiter is in charge of reviewing and keeping track of the profiles sent to Clients and guaranteeing a deal is matched with a suitable profile. They thoroughly analyze candidate profiles to propose suitable matches for clients, coordinate interviews, and ensure a good client / candidate experience throughout the Matchmaking process.

Schedule

Monday to Friday from 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM EST (USA)

Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To

• Analyzing profiles and proposing suitable matches
• Attending weekly team and departmental meetings
• Reviewing and updating Job Requisitions / Candidates’ profiles on Workday
• Managing candidate communication via Email and WhatsApp
• Reviewing Job Requisitions and candidates’ resumes using the Matchmaking Toolbox
• Requesting documentation based on clients’ requests
• Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients
