Their specialised banking and payment technologies enable them to provide financial services to both consumers and merchants across Southern Africa. For consumers, they offer a range of banking, lending, and insurance solutions. They provide formal and informal retail merchants with cash management services, advanced bill payment technology, value-added services, business funding, and card acquiring solutions.

Job Experience & Skills Required

Job Experience :

• Prepare financial reporting
• The ability to analyse financial data, interpret trends, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
• Proficiency in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Experience in implementing or upgrading financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Ability to analyse and control costs across different business functions, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize resource allocation
• Skills in managing cash flow, liquidity, and investments to optimize financial performance and minimize financial risk
• Leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-boundary skills are essential
