Job Description To design, build and identify opportunities for innovation within the People & Culture, Digitisation, Insights and Operations (DIO) function through digital solutions that continuously improve customer experience and operational efficiency, ensuring the customer needs are met. To deliver and execute all optimisation, automation, Robotic Desktop Automation and Intelligent Automation projects and initiatives within the function in order to realise the digitisation objectives of the organisation.

Minimum qualifications
Degree in Business Commerce / Information Technology
Experience Required
- Minimum 8 -10 years experience in leading business enablement practices, processes and systems to enable customer value add for the business, with proven Project Management experience and technical IT experience.
- Must have experience within a multinational company working in a complex environment with proven automation capability and profound knowledge of the full dimensions of the field.
- Ability to act as the Technology expert and actively participate and contribute to business process design and re-engineering workshops within People & Culture in order to provide specialist input from a technology perspective.
- Ability to assess the value of digital solutions through conducting benefits analysis calculations and present it at the appropriate forums.
- Design, build and provide daily support of innovation through digital solutions that continuously improve experience and operational efficiency.
- Design, build and test digital solutions to ensure alignment with business needs and expectations.
- Provide insights, suggestions and recommendations regarding digital solutions to support decision making and ensure customer and operational needs are met.
- Support the implementation of process automations that will enable the seamless integration across functional teams in line with all regulatory requirements and industry standards to ensure that the department is able to function efficiently to meet the requirements of their customers.
- Utilise data from various sources to discover tasks that can be automated and identify, design, and implement internal process improvements and automating manual processes.
- Design and implement digital innovation projects.
