Job descriptionMatric (Grade 12) essential Valid driver’s license 1–2 years’ experience in a data admin, fleet coordination or similar role Strong Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word) Excellent communication and organizational skills Must be tech-savvy and comfortable working in a fast-paced, digital environment

Our innovative solutions help businesses grow by improving efficiency and performance. We are expanding our Durban team and looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Data Coordinator to support one of our key clients.
- Capture and schedule new fitments for technicians
- Update registrations and test units for repairs
- Book and schedule validations for repair jobs
- Respond to technician queries via WhatsApp
- Activate international roaming through Head Office
- Fill in as Fleet Controller in the Control Room when required
- Manage key client tasks during team leave, including :
o Health tests
o Fitment update reports
o Repair list management
o Urgent repair / fitment liaison with Woodford staff
