• A Bachelors Degree in Actuarial Science or a related quantitative field.
• 34 actuarial exams completed, with a consistent track record of progress towards a qualification (e.g., ASSA and IFoA).
• Prior exposure to short-term (non-life) insurance pricing and product development is highly advantageous.
• Proven technical proficiency in Python and SQL These are core to the role.
• Strong numerical and analytical mindset, with a keen eye for identifying trends and patterns in complex data.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges into practical solutions.
• Confident and effective communicator, comfortable working with both technical experts and business stakeholders.
