You will play a pivotal role in providing legal counsel, building client relationships, and driving business development initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Bring in and maintain a portfolio of clients across various industries and practice areas.
• Provide high-quality legal advice, representation, and strategic guidance to clients on a range of legal matters.
• Develop and execute tailored legal strategies to address clients' needs and achieve favorable outcomes.
• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand the client base.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to deliver comprehensive legal solutions and exceed client expectations.
• Stay informed about legal developments, industry trends, and market dynamics affecting clients' businesses.
• Participate in business development activities, including client meetings, networking events, and marketing initiatives.
• Mentor and supervise junior associates, paralegals, and support staff as needed.
