Main Responsibilities :
Manage assigned account portfolios.

Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
Generate new sales that develop into long-lasting relationships to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets.
Conduct regular meetings with customers and internal stakeholders to review account performance.
Act as a link between sales and operations.
Provide business, technical, and product knowledge in support of customer solutions.
Manage customer relationships proactively.
Monitor market and customer activity to identify opportunities and risks.
Take ownership of all projects related to assigned accounts.
Serve as the communication link between key customers and internal teams.
Resolve issues and handle customer complaints to maintain trust.
Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders using account metrics.
Willingness to travel up to 40%
Minimum Requirements :
Experience in private sector utility management or facility management.
Relevant business qualification.
Proven customer account management experience.
Operational management experience.
Project management skills and / or experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
