Bridal Sales Consultant

Duties and responsibilities :

Represent the brand with pride and professionalism as the face of our store

Stay on top of the latest bridal and fashion trends, bringing fresh energy to our client’s experience

Deliver exceptional, personalised bridal styling experiences

Drive sales to achieve monthly and annual store targets

Manage appointments – from phone bookings to warm, welcoming greetings in-store

Create a luxury client experience, including offering refreshments and styling support

Assist the store manager with day-to-day operations

Capture daily sales, support alteration fittings when needed, and assist with monthly stock takes

Uphold company values, policies, and a positive team culture

Requirements and Competencies :

Enthusiastic, energetic & stylish – a natural brand ambassador

Trend-driven with a strong eye for fashion and detail

Creative, resourceful & self-motivated

Confident with excellent listening and communication skills

Passionate about working with people and making them feel amazing

Strong multitasker, thrives under pressure

Sales-oriented, with a proven drive to meet and exceed targets

Own transport required

Female, ideally twenties to mid-thirties

Tertiary education in fashion would be advantageous but not essential
