Introduction
Tracker wants to act on all cancellation calls / e-mails received, with the focus on retaining the customer by means of objection handling and offering different retention tools to keep our customers on board. Tracker requires the services of Retention consultant in the Retention department based at Tracker Head Office in Johannesburg. This is a FTC position for 6 Months.
Job description
- Converting cancellations to new contracts, De / Re or Change of ownership with assistance from the sales departments / business sales consultant.
- Ensure that electronic requests received within the Retention Department are handled efficiently and in line with service level agreements and standards.
- Acting on all incoming calls within the SLA.
- Action e-mail requests received from internal and external customers.
- Resolving all cancellations and customer service queries and / or concerns according to the relevant SOP.
- Manage all the escalations within the SLA requirements.
- Address general product information enquiries timeously and accurately.
- Update customer details on internal systems (CDS; CRM; Willow; Tems; TX; Master; Proxy; Aspect; Sharepoint)
- Follow up on customers outstanding queries only applicable during a retention request.
- Effective utilization of the Call rating system.
- Retention of customers
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of product and service offerings, system knowledge, customer history, retention criteria and loss ratios to provide an improved customer experience and retain the customer.
- Manage time and workloads to ensure that deadlines and targets are met.
Minimum requirements
Minimum requirement is matricPrevious contact centre experience in a sales or retention environment is essential.Minimum 1-year experience in handling technical queries, Retaining of customers and financial background.Excellent product and systems knowledge.At least 3-year Call Centre / Customer Service experienceAt least 1 year Tracker specific experienceExcellent knowledge of Tracker systems and processesComputer literacy in Microsoft Excel (Essential).Enthusiastic and passionate about the jobResult driven.Deadline driven.Customer FocusAnalyticalAbility to work under pressure.Ability to work independently.Logical & methodical attention to detailExcellent Communication Skills (verbal & written)Benefits

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Group Executive Capital Infrastructure and Asset Management and will be responsible for but not limited to the following :
Support development of a strategy for infrastructure and asset management that is integrated, multidisciplined and enables the long-term sustainability of the company's assets and infrastructure.Translate organisational goals applicable to area of responsibility as derived from business plan into clear direction, implement effectively and efficiently and ensure that appropriate remedial actions are taken.Identify and apply viable technology and strategies to improve equipment efficiencies and lifestyle costing.Ensure compliance of the appointed fuel operators to the signed operatorship and through putter agreements, in terms of contract obligations (maintenance regime, stock management, reporting, validity of insurance and other certificates, etc.)Engage with appointed operators, through putters, fuel suppliers to maintain daily stock levels at fuel farms in compliance with contract obligations and license conditions.Regularly review supply plans for airports' fuel farms and in collaboration with suppliers and logistics providers and Transnet, identify and mitigate risks to security of fuel supply.Provide guidance on Inventory Management in line with Supply Chain policies and specific spares strategies.Engage with external stakeholders in industry - associations, regulatory bodies like NERSA, SOEs and government departments (DOT, DMRE) to support policy development, strategy formulation and identification of risks and opportunities in the aviation industry and for the country.Technical Skills And Experience
