About the Role
As a Product Manager I , you will lead the development and delivery of a specific product feature from planning through launch. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align on requirements, ensure feasibility, and drive execution. Acting as the voice of the customer, you’ll use data and insights to guide decisions and enhance the user experience. This role includes stakeholder demos, internal training, and go‑to‑market support. We’re looking for individuals who are analytical, collaborative, and committed to delivering customer value.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of a product roadmap for a defined feature, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery.
- Represent customer needs using tools like personas or user journeys to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to define and refine requirements.
- Analyze product data and user feedback to recommend improvements and prioritize changes.
- Support go‑to‑market activities, including training internal teams and participating in product launches or demos.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and user behaviour to identify opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery aligned with development methodologies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and suggest enhancements to product processes.
- Communicate progress, updates, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders.
- Engage with customers through events or feedback channels to better understand their experience.
Requirements
Experience in product management within a technology‑driven environment, or in a related role involving the product lifecycle, user experience, or customer engagement.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams in a dynamic environment.Familiarity with product development processes and tools (e.g., road‑mapping platforms, backlog management systems).Experience using data to inform decisions; comfortable with dashboards, Excel, or analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL).Ability to understand technical constraints and communicate effectively with engineering teams.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and listen actively.Self‑motivated with a growth mindset and openness to feedback.Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and initiative.Have bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical or related field.Commitment to inclusive teamwork and openness to diverse perspectives.Work in a way that works for you
