Receptionist

We are looking for a well-presented and approachable Receptionist to join a mining team in Rustenburg. This role is perfect for an organized approachable and proactive individual who excels in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Professionally answer and direct incoming calls.
• Welcome visitors and ensure smooth front-desk operations.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to clients staff and contractors.
• Manage administrative tasks such as filing correspondence and scheduling.
• Maintain a neat professional reception area at all times.
• Assist with SAP-related tasks and basic reporting (if applicable).
