Our retail client is looking for an HR Business Partner / HR Officer with 2–4 years’ experience as an HR Generalist to support stores across Cape Town.
Salary : Market related CTC (Include Medical aid, Provident fund, cell allowance) + company vehicle and fuel card.
Work Hours : 08h00 – 17h30 (Mon to Fri) – Alternative weekend worked required a couple of hours.
Minimum Requirements :
- Matric and BCom HR (or equivalent)
- Retail industry experience is essential
- 3–4 years overall HR experience, including 3+ years as an HR Generalist; ideally 2 years in an HR Business Partner capacity
- Labour Relations / IR expertise, including CCMA representation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Valid driver’s license (attach a copy with your application); able to travel to stores across Cape Town
- Willing to work a few hours every other weekend
