Location : Worcester, Cheltenham, Northampton, or Birmingham (Hybrid Working)

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Business Partner with a specialist focus on the legal sector to join our team and play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and securing high-quality talent to support our expanding practice.
The Role :
As our new Recruitment Business Partner , you will work closely with Equity Partners, Heads of Teams, and senior stakeholders to manage and execute challenging searches for legal professionals. Your ability to headhunt from passive markets, build strong relationships, and deliver a first-class candidate experience will be essential to your success. You will have an eye for market mapping, an understanding of the legal talent landscape, and the skill to execute our firm’s key messaging and proposition to prospective candidates.
