Jnr Facilities and SHE Coordinator

Feltex is seeking a Junior Facilities and SHE Coordinator to provide coordinated support for the operational activities relating to properties, facilities maintenance, and Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE). The successful incumbent will be responsible for assisting with property management, supporting project activities, and contributing to the implementation and monitoring of SHE systems.

This role plays a key part in supporting operational excellence by helping maintain facilities, ensuring SHE compliance, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. As a key developmental position within the department, it is designed to build expertise in property management, project support, and SHE systems, while fostering a culture of safety and collaboration aligned with organisational objectives and compliance requirements.
