About the Role
You’ll be responsible for designing and executing integrated content strategies that build brand awareness and drive inbound engagement. From campaign planning and SEO writing to social media execution and brand consistency, you’ll play a vital part in elevating visibility and credibility across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital content marketing strategies aligned to business goals
Create engaging, SEO-optimised content for blogs, social media, websites, and whitepapers
Collaborate with digital marketing and business stakeholders to translate strategy into execution
Manage and grow social media platforms, monitor engagement, and adapt content accordingly
Lead creative content initiatives (including videos and dynamic assets) that align with brand identity
Conduct competitor research and market trend analysis to inform content strategy
Align brand tone and voice across all external communication and digital touchpoints
Analyse campaign performance and prepare actionable reports using key content KPIs
Coordinate with external designers or agencies to ensure content quality and brand alignment
What You’ll Bring
3–5 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or professional services
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or relevant experience
Proven experience in content writing, SEO, and campaign development
Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
Working knowledge of marketing tools : CRM, email marketing, SEO, automation, LinkedIn, and social media platforms
Excellent copywriting, editing, and creative thinking abilities
A collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and the drive to improve continuously
Nice to Have
Experience working in logistics, compliance, or technology services
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or email marketing automation tools
Comfort leading and mentoring a small content or social media team
Confidence running A / B tests and interpreting marketing analytics
