We’re partnering with an international recruitment business led by a highly respected founder to find a driven Recruitment Consultant to support business development and candidate delivery across global markets. Specialising in medical devices, healthcare AI, and niche engineering, this firm operates at the executive level, placing senior professionals into high-impact roles across the US, UAE, and EU.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founder in a high-performance, fast-paced recruitment environment. You’ll support outreach and candidate delivery efforts using tools like SourceWhale, RecruitCRM, and LinkedIn Recruiter – with a clear growth path into a 360° consultant role based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Support business development by sourcing leads, identifying key contacts, and engaging prospective clients through personalised outreach.
• Conduct market mapping to identify senior talent and target accounts across medical devices, healthcare AI, and engineering sector.
• Source and engage candidates using recruitment tech platforms and CRM tool.
• Craft tailored messaging sequences to attract both passive and active candidates.
• Maintain up-to-date, high-quality records in the CRM.
• Collaborate closely with the founder to deliver a strong candidate pipeline.
• Deliver senior-level candidates to global clients (client-facing initially not required).
• Opportunity to grow into a full-cycle 360 recruitment role based on performance.
