Reports to : IT Infrastructure & Operations Senior Manager

Based at / in : Bruma (Zulberg Close), Johannesburg

Position overall objective

The purpose of the position is to provide high-level technical support and services related to software, hardware, networks, and enterprise systems.

Job Outputs

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers (physical and virtual).
• Manage virtualization platforms (Hyper‑V).
• Monitor server performance, resource utilization, and availability.
• Perform patching, updates, and regular system maintenance.
• Implement and manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and related services.
• Support cloud‑based environments (Microsoft 365).
• Ensure security best practices, including vulnerability management, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Troubleshoot server, storage, and network‑related issues within SLA timelines.
• Document configurations, processes, and changes.
• Collaborate with the service desk and escalates complex issues when necessary.
• Any other duties as assigned by management
