Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and Manage Audit Engagements : Plan, execute, and manage audits for diverse clients, ensuring compliance with South African standards.
• Supervise and Mentor Junior Staff : Oversee work of audit juniors, provide guidance, and foster professional growth.
• Client Relationship Management : Act as main contact for clients, build relationships, and understand their needs.
• Review and Quality Control : Review work to ensure standards and regulations are met.
• Risk Identification and Mitigation : Identify risks and suggest solutions.
• Prepare Audit Reports : Draft and review reports, providing clear findings and recommendations.
• Budget and Resource Management : Manage resources and timelines efficiently.
• Ensure Compliance with Regulations : Stay updated on laws and standards.
• Contribute to Business Development : Assist in identifying new opportunities and expanding client base.
• Process Improvement and Efficiency : Continuously improve audit processes.

R40,000 (Partially completed) – R50,000 (CA(SA)) CTC per month.
