Job descriptionProven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships Minimum 3-5 years of Account / project management experience Extremely detail orientated Technical competence Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator High level of initiative and able to work well in a team environment Excellent written and oral communication skills Handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well Plan and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction Able to work after hours and weekends when required Able to multi-task and handle multiple projects at once

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage client relationship
- Cost and produce preliminary budget of costs
- Calculate and produce final budget of costs
- Ensure that all drawings are correct from Design team
- Ensure that all furniture details are correct from Design team
- Ensure purchase orders are placed for projects
- Manage internal project team
- Supervise completion of site
- Manage client account (financial)
Requirements
Package & Remuneration
R50 000 - R70 000 - Monthly
