About the Role

Senior Credit Controller with the ability to speak and write French, skilled in managing debtor portfolios, reducing bad debt, and improving cash flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Cash Collections & Maintaining AGE Analysis (Healthy DSOs)
• Minimize Bad Debt and Increase Cash Flow
• Investigating and Resolving Queries
• Debtors Reconciliations
• Daily Cash Receipting with remittance advise
• Credit Notes & Journals Preparations and Applications
• Liaising with Client and 3rd Party\'s to resolve account dispute speedily
• Meeting KPA Targets
• Collections to Hand Over
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor / manager
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
