Enterprise Content Management : Technical Specialist

Are you a highly experienced Document Management Specialist ready to lead the configuration and support of critical client capture processes? We're seeking a hands-on engineer proficient in the Kofax suite to ensure system resilience, scalability, and performance.

Responsibilities include :

• Platform Expertise : Configure and provide advanced support for solutions utilizing Kofax Total Agility (KTA) , Kofax Capture, KTM, and Kofax Import Connector.
• System Management : Lead the implementation, installation, upgrade, and maintenance of Kofax solutions and related third-party packages.
• Operations & Support : Manage capacity, perform modifications, handle user creation, and provide general troubleshooting and production support (including standby duty).
• Documentation & Planning : Lead the creation of technical documentation and operating procedures; execute and report on Disaster Recovery (DR) tests .
• Delivery : Provide task estimations , lead proof of concepts (POCs), and report on technical progress in an Agile / Scrum environment.
