Guest Relations Officer (Fixed-Term Contract)
We are seeking a professional and welcoming Guest Relations Officer to join our client'shospitality team on a fixed-term basis. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure while supporting different departments as needed.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and handle check-in and check-out procedures.
- Share guest information with relevant departments to ensure smooth communication.
- Assist with reservations, restaurant bookings, tours, transfers, and itineraries.
- Maintain accurate guest details, profiles, and billing information.
- Prepare welcome letters, registration cards, and other guest documentation.
- Handle guest queries, calls, and concerns in a professional manner.
- Support the reservations, spa, housekeeping, and food & beverage teams when required.
- Manage daily guest itinerary sheets and call logs.
- Book and monitor transfers, ensuring charges are processed correctly.
- Perform handovers with colleagues across shifts and complete limited night audit duties.
- Report maintenance or service issues to management as needed.
Requirements
Hospitality certificate or diploma.3-4 years experience in a similar guest relations or front office role.Strong administrative and computer skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written.Customer-focused with the ability to work confidently with high-profile guests.Professional appearance with a friendly and approachable manner.Strong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality.Ability to work collaboratively across departments and adapt to guest needs.Own reliable transport.#J-18808-Ljbffr
